At the present moment I am writing a book on my 20 YEARS OF BIONIC RESEARCH 1986-2006.

Until now I have never felt the need to publish the results of my research , not being employed as a researcher and so having to justify my salary.
At the World Inventions Exhibition in 1989, CONCOURS LEPINE, I won the MINISTER OF CULTURE AND TEACHING OF TECHNNOLOGY prize for a major discovery I made which explains, to a great extent, how insects fly. However I received no financial reward to enable me to continue my research.
Now, 20 years on, I am surprised to learn that many people all over the world are interested in this question of how insects fly.The Americans, for example, are trying to build a MICRO-DRONE basing its flight on the principle of beating wings.
For two years I have been searching on the net across the world for people who, like me, may be carrying out research on wings.!!! Nothing! Nobody! I think I must be the only person to be udertaking serious research on wings themselves. The research that has been carried out is of a traditional nature conducted by entomologists or specialists in aviation.!!!: principally by Dr. Dickinson in a laboratory of the Uiversity of Berkley, http://www.dickinson.caltech.edu
At the end of 10 years of researchwith a team of about 10 peole and at a cost of millions of dollars the only result is : a little metal thing looking like a rigid wing, suspended on a tripod by an electric wire which allows the wings to beat; ( they do beat at 100 beats a second). the contraption turns round a post without being able to fly, making air currents.
WONDERFUL, the Americans have succeeded in inventing the smallest ventilator in the world.
What a pity I don't have those milliojs of $
It's in the wings themselves that most of the secrets of flight are to be found.
The irony is that in France I have contacted an important scientific website to try to promote my work: http://www.futura-sciences.com, to ask them to let me talk to them about my bionic research , about my patenting, in 1989 of revolutionary sails fabricated on the principle of the rigidity of the nervures in insect wings, and of the prize that I won for my inventions at that time. REFUSE TO TALK ABOUT MY RESEARCH???
The motive for their refusal? my research has not been certified by real scientific specialists.!!!
What's the problem??? THERE ARE NO SPECIALISTS
The people who judged my research and awarded me the prize at the exhibition of inventions in Paris 1989 must be IDIOTS
If I remember rightly amongst the members of the jury at the time there was the dirsctor of the Museum of Air and Space
